Sahya Samridhi farmer Producer Company is established under the companies act 2013 on lieu with the Government of India's plan to promoting and enhancing the primary sector to modern day business portfolio. Its aim is to bring out more entrepreneurs in all areas of the country from the farmer's group and giving them better lives with more opportunities.
The purpose of the plan is to secure additional equity funding to cover up the initial costs to start up the business entities under this firm.
SSFPC LTD is FARMER'S PRODUCER Start up business dedicated to provide farm products and value added products in a manner that generates fair and equitable returns for the company and superior value to our farmers.
SSFPCL is located at Anchal Block of Kollam district in the state of Kerala registered office at Kuttothara House, Tholicode P.O, Karavaloor - 691333 managed by the farmers as share holders who were committed to achieve the goals of becoming a major player with its various farming support activities.
The Anchal Block area has experienced a tremendous growth in primary cultivation over the last 10 years. Oven one million residents are there in the area and most of them are farmers.
Sahya Samridhi Farmers Producer Company Ltd (SSFPCL) is registered under ROC on 25/6/2021 with 10 Board of directors. After doing the base line survey the company realised the scope of the Farmer Producer Company in the Anchal Block of Kollam district Kerala State .The company added 720 share holders initially and collected paid up capital of Rs 11, 46,000 and the share holders addition is continuing subsequently. After the commencement of business the company added 5 more directors.
